Dr Kathleen Calder
Kathy has over 18 years experience in general practice with interests spanning all areas of medicine. She particularly enjoys working with patients to achieve the best health outcomes possible and recognises the importance of long term patient relationships. Kathy’s main focus is in women’s health, paediatrics, family planning and mental health. Kathy has a focus on understanding the drivers for disease and providing preventative healthcare advice. She has a commitment to the training of medical students and respects the needs and values of patients.
DR GERARD MCLAREN
MBBS, BSc, FRACGP, FACRM, FAFRM
Gerry is a very experienced General Practitioner with a specialist qualification in Rehabilitation medicine. He has worked in many diverse and challenging communities and has consulted in more complex and challenging medical rehabilitation cases throughout Australia. He has four decades of experience in diabetes, biomechanics and neurological problems, including traumatic and acquired brain injury.
DR Paul Hughes
MBBS, DCH, DRCOG, LMCC
Paul has special interests that include paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecological problems, men’s health and mental health. Paul also specialises in contraceptive advice and minor surgical procedures, such as Mirena and implanon insertion, lip ties and acute casualty care.
DR Ben Martin
MBBS, BSC, FRACGP
Ben completed his medical degree at the Australian National University and has over 10 years experience as a Doctor in the ACT. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with special interests in skin checks, minor surgical procedures (including excision of skin cancers), men’s health and sports medicine.
Dr Philip Verghese
Philip has worked in general practice for over 20 years. He is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practice. Philip has an interest in all aspects of general practice and a special interest in Asthma, paediatrics, Men’s Health, Mental Health and Ante-Natal shared care.
